The Project Proposal
The Brief :
Introduction:
In this final project of Introduction to Construction Inductry, we are require to form a group of 2 among our tutorial group. we are to find an empty land of 30mx30m in any place of malaysia and plan any development listed below in a form of proposal.
-Recreational Area
-Commercial Area
-Industry Area
-Tourism Area
-Residential Area
-Agriculture Area
we are to do investigation, analysis of the specific land we chosen as a group and finish up the proposal with individual plan of proposal.
As for me, I have decided to do on recreational Area.
Recreational Area is an Area that is used by pubic. It can be a garden, a jogging Area, A picnic Area... etc.

Our Proposal :
For this assignment, communication are very important especially when there are only 2 people in the group. When there is only 2 people in a group, if any conflict occur, no middle person will come help clear up the misunderstanding and ...etc. Good thing is, we both have a linear understandign between us, so we are doing fine in this project.
But for the individual part, i got to off imagining my proposal for the picture of the site, i get kinda off topic of the recreatioanal area makking it to be a commercial area rather than a recreational area, therefore a wasted a lot of time to re-think and re-do everything again.
There are many more other things to be concern when planning any specific area, and for me im lack of that concern when doing this assingment, but ill do better on my future project. But overall im satisfied with our work as we get a good mark for it.
