For this assignment, we require lots of planning since we need to conduct 2 respective interview, especailly the one in penang since we only got 3 days to spare. One of our tecnique is to plan 2 interview in one area, to alwasy have a plan B is plan A didnt work. So, we initially make appointment for 2 businesses of pets shop interview in penang. But due to heavy traffic jam on our way to penang, we missed the first interview. But, luckily we still have our plan B, that is the K-9 pets interview.

While in Klang valley, we only able to get approval from Petsmore due to shortage of time. One of the mistakes we done is not appointing an interview earlier for Klang Valley, instead we plan it a week after out penang trip. 

Other than that, communication skill is important in this assignment as we need to communicate effectively with our fellow groupmates so that we can complete our task to avoid misunderstanding and conflict. And in the other that, how to communicate with others politely and clearly to appoint an interview with the respective founder of the business. For the K-9, is rather easy since we just need to communicate with the founder's right hand to conduct an interview. But for Petsmore, we went through alots of department in order to conduct an interview with the founders. As for this, good communication skills in required for both sides to have common understanding a plan the most suitable time to conduct the interview. 

Next, in this assignment, i was incharge of the artistic cover. And i could say that this was my first time usign photoshop to edit a photo rather that using phone apps to do it like i always do. I took this opportunity to learn how to use this software common features by the help of my fellow member, and i appreciate that alot. 

In such a bigger group, leadership is require to complete the task effectively, and i appreciate our leader lee ning for leading us well. Giving clear instruction each minuts. Other than that, we also lessen the responsibility of the leader by having different people to lead each interview, minuts and such, so that everyone share the responsibility and not just everything depends of the leader only.
